Abstract

The development of a leading sporting nation and the integrated development of the sports industry have created new demands for the cultivation of sports professionals. To address existing weaknesses in professional-degree postgraduate education in physical education, this paper proposes the philosophy of “Strengthening Professional Foundations and Promoting Interdisciplinary Empowerment” and develops a model grounded in professional competence, supported by interdisciplinary capacity, and oriented toward practical innovation. The model promotes a shift from specialized skill training to integrated practical and innovative competence, providing a framework for reforming professional-degree postgraduate education in physical education.
