Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of a structured nursing path based on key time nodes in the perioperative period of patients receiving painless abortion. Methods: A total of 116 patients who planned to have painless abortion in the family‑planning department from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected. They were divided into two groups by simple random sampling, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing care, while the intervention group received structured nursing care based on key time nodes. The two groups were compared in terms of psychological status, incidence of postoperative complications, nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation progress. Results: On the 3rd day after surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.17%, obviously lower than 20.69% in the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.28%, significantly higher than 86.21% in the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and uterine recovery time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The structured nursing path based on key time nodes can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing painless abortion, reduce complications, speed up rehabilitation and raise nursing satisfaction.
