The concept of “Sanquan education” emphasizes educating all members, the whole process, and all-round education, and guides ideological values throughout the entire process and every link of education and teaching. Under the guidance of this concept, labor education in colleges and universities needs to pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive literacy, not just simple skill training, but also the cultivation of students’ ideological and moral character, practical skills, and innovative consciousness. This article analyzes the current status of labor education practice in colleges and universities, conducts in-depth research on the connotation of labor education under the “Sanquan education,” and proposes effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of labor education in colleges and universities, creating a “five-in-one” education pattern, focusing on multi-level and whole-process education, realizing all-round education in the first, second, third, and fourth classrooms, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality talents.
