Abstract
Against the background of the “double first-class” construction, the training of innovative graduate talent has become an important issue in higher education. This article discusses the importance of the training of top graduate innovative talent, analyzes the status of the training of top graduate innovative talent at home and abroad, and summarizes the current challenges in the training of graduate innovative talent in China. Lastly, this paper proposes relevant reform suggestions in response to problems in the training of innovative graduate talent, which provides important references for improving the quality of innovative graduate training.
