In recent years, under the background of the deepening reform of China’s education system, the curriculum system settings, teaching methods, and teaching concepts of various colleges and universities have undergone major changes. As a curriculum concept, ideological and political education in courses does not reform a certain professional course, nor does it change the ideological and political course itself. Instead, it combines knowledge imparting and value output to guide students in a positive way. This article analyzes the ideological and political education in college students’ mental health education courses.
