Abstract

The article discusses the significance of the research, and outlines the concepts of psychological crisis, its intervention, and psychological crisis among college students, as well as relevant theories on psychological crisis. The research mainly adopts case study and interview methods. Through scientific analysis of psychological crisis cases in four grades of X College in ethnic regions, it summarizes the current situation of crisis psychology among X College students, hoping to provide some first-hand data and research ideas for relevant researchers.
