The promotion and popularization of mandarin has significant role in the development of socialist politics, economy and culture in China and the construction of a harmonious society. This article takes the mandarin training and testing institutions of colleges and universities in Guangxi as the research object, and shares the experience of mandarin promotion and testing in the mandarin test Station of Guilin University of Technology.
