Exploring the Talent Cultivation Model for Interdisciplinary Versatile Talents in Local Application-Oriented Universities under the Background of Interdisciplinary Integration
As an important pillar serving regional economic and social development, local application-oriented universities have the core mission of cultivating interdisciplinary versatile talents who possess multidisciplinary knowledge, comprehensive practical abilities, and innovative literacy. This paper analyzes the prominent problems currently confronting talent cultivation in application-oriented universities and, in light of the inherent requirements of interdisciplinary integration, constructs an interdisciplinary versatile talent cultivation model characterized by “conceptual guidance—three-stage implementation—multi-party collaboration,” with a view to providing a reference for the reform of talent cultivation in local application-oriented universities.
