Cell Biology Research (CBR) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to the dissemination of cutting-edge research in the field of cell biology. The authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing with the journal to cover the cost incurred in processing the manuscripts in order to ensure the contents are freely available and to maintain publishing quality. The manuscript processing includes peer review, copy-editing, typesetting, publishing, content depositing and archiving processes. An invoice of APC will be issued after a paper has been accepted, where authors are advised to pay the APC within one week to avoid delay in publication.
In the event that authors insist to withdraw a submission on unethical and unreasonable grounds, a submission withdrawal fee at 30% of the prevailing Article Processing Charge will be levied on the authors.
