Abstract

The evaluation of ideological‑political work in universities serves as a navigator for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and also represents the transformation of evaluation paradigms required for the high‑quality development of higher education. Essentially, the evaluation of university ideological‑political work assesses the implementation of fostering virtue through education, namely evaluating the top‑level design, implementation process and actual effectiveness of the working system for fostering virtue through education.
