Abstract
This research paper provides an overview of the current state of sexual rights protection for male minors inChina and makes recommendations to strengthen existing protection mechanisms. It examines the legal framework,the prevalence of sexual offenses, and the current state of sex education in the context of the rights of male minors. Byanalyzing these aspects, the paper aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities for strengthening the protection of thesexual rights of this vulnerable group.
