Application Value of the Comprehensive Emergency Nursing Model in the Emergency Treatment of Pregnant Women and Its Effect on Treatment Efficiency
Objective: To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive emergency nursing model on the treatment efficiency of emergency pregnant women. Methods: A total of 68 emergency pregnant women admitted to the hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and equally divided into two groups using a random number table. The experimental group received the comprehensive emergency nursing model, while the reference group received conventional emergency nursing. The treatment efficiency indicators and changes in vital signs were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment efficiency indicators in the experimental group were superior to those in the reference group, and vital signs at 30 minutes after emergency treatment were better in the experimental group than in the reference group, with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). At 24 hours after emergency treatment, the severity of illness score in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, the incidence of adverse outcomes was lower, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher, with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive emergency nursing model can improve the treatment efficiency of emergency pregnant women, stabilize vital signs during emergency care, reduce the severity of illness, decrease adverse outcomes, and increase nursing satisfaction.
