This paper examines the challenges in the technical briefing process for construction projects, including a three-level system and issues related to formalization. An optimization approaches was introduced based on the PDCA cycle, alongside the application of BIM and AR technologies. The key preparatory measures were outlined in this study and the functions of the management system was mentioned. Through case comparisons, this paper demonstrated that these optimizations can significantly improve efficiency and quality, support the development of an evaluation system to verify results, and highlight the critical role of organizational support.
