Focusing on the continuous improvement of college students’ physical health, this paper deeply analyzes the current physical health and exercise habits of college students, and clarifies the relationship between physical health and exercise habits. Good exercise habits have a positive impact on the improvement of college students’ physical health, while poor physical health is a major obstacle to the formation of good exercise habits among college students. Through the implementation of various strategies to strengthen the physical exercise of college students, the aim is to provide an important guarantee for the sustainable improvement of college students’ physical health.
